Amity

Stories can be either listened to, spoken of, written, or lived. Either of someone or something else, or of yourself. You can write your own story as you're living it.

And it doesn't have to be proper, or improper. It may or may not be about you.

It may be about multiple stories unfolding and you may be a little part of each.

Watch it. You may find resistance.

As you can view virtually anyone as an enemy. If you don't like them anymore, they're your enemy. If they caused you unexpected pain, they're your enemy. If they place themselves as an authority over you, they're your enemy. If they are on a different path, they're your enemy. If they make more money, or if they have more power, they're your enemy.

If they play to a different tune, they're your enemy. If they insult your mom, they're your enemy. If they sit in the wrong place at the wrong time, they're your enemy. If they pray to a different God they're your enemy. If they pray and you don't, they're your enemy. If they say they're your enemy, they're your enemy.

Halt!

Reverse the tape.

This mindset is still present in almost all of us. In very subtle ways. It's something we've excelled in for millenia. What we're missing is that open interaction and willfulness is enough.

Play with them! Play with them as if they were aspects of reality, just like you are. Play with them easily. Set up new ways of interacting. Watch the game. See how they react. If you can't do that, just mind your own business. Respect and love yourself a little more. Become your own best friend.

Make your days enjoyable by sparing yourself the pain that comes with turning against another. Do it for those aspects of Creation supporting your endeavors, if you cannot do it for yourself.

We're not enemies.

We never were.

Never will be.
